Shipping policy

We operate under a made-to-order production model.

Estimated times:

• Production: 5 to 7 business days

• Shipping: 3 to 5 business days (depending on the destination)

We ship throughout Mexico and to select international countries. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can follow its status.
Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
